These terms apply when you book with Mort The Barber LLC ("Mort the Barber", "we") through mortthebarber.com, the booking app (on the web, iPhone and Android), by phone or in the shop. By creating an account or booking, you agree to them.

Appointments

• An account is needed to book online. Walk-ins are welcome when there's an opening.
• Cancel or change at least 2 hours before your appointment, in the app or by calling (810) 210-4134.
• Please arrive on time. If you're running late, call us; a late arrival may need to be shortened or moved.
• Mobile Service visits require an address and phone number, and are a flat price.

Prices and payments

• Prices are listed in the app and on our website and may change. You pay the price shown when you book.
• We accept card (processed by Stripe), cash, Cash App and Zelle. We never see or store your full card number.

Presidential Club membership

• Memberships are billed monthly to your card on your billing date until you cancel.
• Included services reset each billing month and don't roll over or have cash value.
• You can cancel anytime in the app; your membership stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, benefits continue for 3 days while the payment is retried, then pause until it's paid.

Loyalty points

• Points are earned on completed visits, have no cash value and can't be transferred.

SMS Terms

• Program: Mort the Barber appointment texts: booking confirmations and reminders (usually up to 3 per appointment). No marketing texts.
• Opting in: check the text-reminder box when creating an account or in your Profile. Texts are optional and not required to book. See how opt-in works.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your bookings.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
• For help: reply HELP, or call (810) 210-4134.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You can delete your account anytime in the app under Profile.
• We may close accounts used for misuse, such as fake bookings.
