Mort the Barber texts clients about their appointments only: booking confirmations, a reminder the day before and a reminder 2 hours before. We never send marketing texts.

How clients opt in

The client creates an account in our booking app at app.mortthebarber.com (also on iPhone and Android).
After entering a mobile number, an unchecked checkbox appears: "Text me appointment confirmations and reminders. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Texts are sent only if the client checks the box. A phone number is optional, and texting is not required to book.
Clients can also turn texts on or off anytime in the app under Profile.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or turn them off in the app under Profile.
